Effective Training for Clinical Competence

The Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is a multifunctional assessment tool that may be used to evaluate Registered Nurse in a clinical context. Objective evaluation with standardized tool is used to establish a person’s level of competency in a given task.
